Real Estate Attorney
SunEast Development LLC is a leading developer of utility-scale PV solar projects in the eastern U.S. We are focused on mid-sized solar power facilities, 20 MW and greater, and develop projects on behalf of our investment partners.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual for a full-time Real Estate Attorney position based out of our West Chester, PA office. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in real estate property transactions, title review and contract evaluation. As the Real Estate Attorney, you will join a motivated, fast-paced team with a passion for renewable energy.
Project Developer
Seeking full-time Solar Project Developer with 3-5 years of work experience in renewable energy/solar development. The position will be based out of West Chester, PA or Old Lyme, CT. The candidate will be responsible for the land and project development of a variety of large-scale solar projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. Responsibilities will include origination and development of a pipeline of solar projects, ushering projects through development and permitting.
The candidate should have project development knowledge, strong communication and leadership skills, effective problem solving skills and be highly organized. Job duties include: generating new opportunities, project development from identification through executed permits, managing development of site layouts, interfacing with landowners and project stakeholders, reviewing and managing project contracts.
